1. Language consultancy . We provide direct answers to language queries by phone, fax, email or in person. Depending on the difficulty of the query, we will respond immediately or within a specific period of time.
2. Translation consuntancy. Information on specific aspects of the translation of documents and translation resources available in the market.
3. Information on Catalan courses. Information on Catalan courses for adults offered in the municipality and the Balearics (for Catalan and non-Catalan speakers, foreigners, parents...)
4. Information on Catalan learning resources. Self-learning centres, learning material in computer format, internet resources, etc.
5. Information point of the Junta Avaluadora de Català. Information on certificates, levels, exam calendar, recognition of qualifications, list of admitted and excluded, results... Exam registration.
6. Information on language rights. We provide answers to questions related to the language rights of Balearic citizens..
7. . Information on administrative proceduresWe give advice on different administrative procedures related to language normalization: procedures to register your name in Catalan, correction of surnames, economic help, etc.
8. List of correctors, translators and Catalan teachers. A list of Catalan philology graduates offering their services. Reception of requests to contact language professionals (intermediary service).
